Samples Request

Fill out the form to submit your sample request.

Things to know:

First, make sure to set up a trade account with us if you do not already have one. Please see the Trade Tab. You must be a designer and have a Tax Resale number in order to obtain samples.

To ensure you receive all samples request please make sure to include the vendor, pattern name/number as well as color name/number. If you are unsure, please add as much detail as possible.

If you need your samples mailed be sure to include the address you want them sent to, if not specified we will mail to the address we have on file.

*If you need samples overnighted, please specify, and include your FedEx or UPS number in the box.
